Stuff I’ve Shared

Taking Advantage of Trends to Transform the Future
Trent Hone and I did a webinar through ACT-IAC on a variety of trends and market influences we see converging to shape the enterprise of the future. We discussed five trends that fell into two buckets — those that are primarily technological (like 5G, event-driven architecture, and AI) and those that are primarily organizational (like project-to-product transformations and intelligent composable business).

Psychological Safety for Remote Teams
I did an interview with TechTarget where we discussed how to improve psychological safety for teams in the midst of an all-remote world created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
